Duties included coordinating the day-to-day operations of the NCOA and ensuring that everything ran efficiently in accordance with guidelines set by both the U.S. Army Training Doctrine and Command (TRADOC) as well as the 10th Mountain Division. Assisted with the coordination of course orientation for incoming NCOs, the facilitation of each phase of PLDC training for both students and cadre, as well as the graduation for each 30-day course. In addition, responsibilities included overseeing preventative maintenance checks and services (PMCS) for all NCOA vehicles, ATVs and snowmobiles.
I was part of a team that conducted external company evaluations for pending deployments of supported National Guard and U.S. Army commands. I forged a strong work ethic and developed an acute attention to detail.
